Edmunds Locks: Building Information Model

Edmunds Lock is the 25th lockstation on the Rideau Canal World Heritage Site. In 2016, a comprehensive masonry rehabilitation project was undertaken by Parks Canada.

CIMS was tasked with recording the site, creating plans and sections, and developing a building information model. The metric information was captured with terrestrial laser scanning. The drawings were realised with AutoCAD 2016 and the Model with Revit 2016.
